"If I could I would have given them a -1. There are roaches in the refrigerator coming out the freezers, everywhere including outside on the apartments doors. The mold in the apartment are on the balcony doors, around the windows in the apartments and all management do is paint over it. Residents steal packages left at your door. Residents carry guns on them. A male resident walk around outside on this balcony in this underwear. So stop, stop ask yourself why do they have over 20 apartments open. Ps they don't like to return security deposits, tell you you are late on your rent all the time and lying, charge you extra money a month for even a special light bulb and don't give the your bank account information at any time."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE! Grass wasn't cut for about 45 days and snakes came all out of the woods into the breezeways of apartments. I Lived here for 2 years, and I regret it every day SMH. Managment in office is switched out every 6 months it seems, and mold grows here very often as they just try to repaint over it like they had done in my apartment. They disregard people who live there paying rent out of their pocket but cater to the ones on Section 8 and HUD and they are the trashiest people there. Sorry excuse for parents who live here as well as their children play all in the parking lot and wander everywhere then expect for the neighborhood to watch them. Oh by the way, Maintenance steals from residents as well which they constants hires men who does that. If you don't believe me I have posted pictures to show proof. In the pictures of the ceiling, that is water damage due to the apartment next to me flooded because of negligence"

"Lol this place…don’t even move here, management is terrible. They hired somebody in office that was stealing multiple people’s rent money/deposits. Some had proof and still got evicted or had to repay for something they let happen. Evicted a person because they had mold inside their apartment and Rowan pointe didn’t want to fix it. The list goes on. If you have kids or pets this place isn’t for you."

"Move here at your own risk! Don't move here after 2 years I would never recommend. The apartments are in need of major repairs. The electrical work is faulty and the plumbing is by far the worst. Then when it floods your apartment they corporate tries to find an excuse to blame the tenant. The complex has a roach infestation and even if your clean you still will have to kill one every once in awhile. I have black mold in my unit and of they take out your floors for repairs you. Will wait on a floor for weeks too a month while watching units get repaired to rent. After you move in all they care about is your rent being on time and you complying to the rule. I requested new blinds upon moving in it has been 2 1/2 years and still no blinds. It took them a year to replace my kitchen light that went out "electrical problem". They don't never fix anything just patch it up to prepare you for future headaches. Doctors notes are not honored either and they are lawsuit prone. No child should live here nothing for them to do and not a safe living environment!"

"I can only speak for the maintenance side of things and doing their appliance repair for their tenants. From my experience, they are great at getting the tenants issues resolved quickly. Whenever there is a complaint about an appliance, they are quick to call us (Mr Appliance), and show a sense of urgency for us to take care of the tenants. Sierra, the manager there, is a pleasure to work with as well!!! She shows great concern for the tenants well being, and super to work with!"
