"The worst experience I have had with a store. Their return policy is only up to 48 hours. They extended it for a day or so for Christmas. But we came a day or two too late. My boyfriend got a shirt for me for Christmas there and it was too small. No one told him about the return policy when he purchased the shirt. He wasn’t given one of the little slips that they give you when you purchase that explains the policy or anything. When we took the shirt back today, they didn’t have anything I liked and would not give us our money back. They told me that the return policy is printed on the receipt (in very small writing) just in case they don’t give you the return slip. They would only give us a store credit. The associate that was originally helping us was very kind about it, but the second man that came up, looked like he didn’t even work in the store. He just kept saying how this is company policy and there was nothing they could do about it. I just don’t think this is very good business practice. I will use the gift card that I had to get today, and that will be the last purchase I will make from this place."

"This store is AWESOME! The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. They ordered the jersey I needed for my husbands Christmas gift and got it to me sooner than promised. I wish all stores were this customer oriented. Even though I live in S.C. I will drive past my local malls and go the hour and half to shop here !!!"
