"Paid $180 to have my running lights replaced because I couldn’t get the taillights out without causing damage doing it myself only to see the pain peeled off under both of them after they did it for me. I brought it back so they could see it and the rude troll at the service desk started yelling at me that it was corrosion and they had nothing to do with it and they were absolutely not going to do anything about it. I have no other spots on the vehicle however that this is occurring except directly where they serviced it. The bare metal exposed looking like brand new. I paid for the 100k warranty however and no conversation to be had about any other option to touch it up. Just a rude nasty attitude with zero “Service” to be had. I’ve never had any person at any service desk anywhere be as rude and unprofessional as I experienced here. To top it off when I typed in my phone number to leave the review like they ask me to each time I have left service department. I was sent a completely different link that sent me to GM online shopping survey. Good thing I was able to find an old text they had sent. Worst experience I’ve had dealing with anyone in years! Congratulations troll with the terrible attitude and nasty disposition I will now spend all of my free time telling people not to go to your dealership"
