"When I first arrived the people at the register would take a long time to take customers orders. When we ordered our food they got our food order wrong and also they made lots of rude comments about me and the other customers."

"Did a mobile order for a chocolate frosty and fry. They have a consistency of giving me peppermint frostys instead so when they handed me a peppermint frosty (once again) I asked if they could give me a sandwich instead. They told me they could only do a drink and when I asked for a fry instead, they asked the wide-back african-american female manager if they could do so. She rolled her eyes and said "whatever" as if the inconvenience was on her end... As they proceeded to make the fry, the cashier said "next time you should put on the app that you'd like a sandwich instead" and rolled her eyes directly at me, to which I responded "if the app allowed me to do so, I would." They handed me my bag all discombobulated and I thought "whatever" and left. This Wendy's is the most unprofessional food service provider in the area. The manager with his 2005 Escalade and LEDs should respectfully take the L on this one. Praying for ya'll."

"I recently visited this Wendy's location and was thoroughly disappointed. First off, the menu sign was practically illegible—impossible to read unless you're practically on top of it. It's a fast-food drive-thru; the whole point is speed and convenience, neither of which were achieved. Even worse were the potholes throughout the drive-thru lane. It felt like navigating a minefield rather than a restaurant. This isn't just inconvenient, it's a hazard that shows a complete lack of care for customer experience. Sort it out, Wendy’s. Your customers deserve better. P.S. The nugs are too spicy."
