"offered me $11 for a nintendo switch with all the accessories and a bunch of games - i understand why this company is going under. wanted to tell them to F themselves"
"They are very wishy-washy on their hours, I have noticed that as well. And sometimes if you go in, especially over lunch or right after work, you will be in line until it's time to shave again.. My son is just starting to get into gaming so I'm fairly new to this stuff but I really enjoyed going in here. I'm a fan of the old school stuff like Mario and Kirby etc and they had merch and games for just about anything you can think of! Tons of Nintendo Switch items when I was in there.. the games were the same price if not more than Walmart or somewhere would have been so I did not purchase any games but they did have some cool stuff! I did find some great Christmas gifts while I was in there. I've only met 2 employees so far and they're both been great.."
"Was treated poorly here. Will not be returning."
"Really tired of going to the Jonesborough location, Walmart or digital store to get the games I want. The store inventory doesn't reflect the online inventory whatsoever. Why can't the district manager look at the online inventory and correct the physical balance on hand by moving copies between locations or ordering more copies altogether. Blaming it on corporate or nintendo is LAZY. There are work arounds but ya'll are too lazy. Have fun looking at those discounted stickers everyday, take it as a sign where the company is headed... As for Sam's zelda pro controller- the employees saved every single one for themselves at every location across east TN. That's why they didn't fulfill any of those orders. I bet the missing inventory I mentioned earlier is also employee theft. Clear as day.."
"Good people here, hate that the one manager lady is leaving. Ordered a zelda switch pro controller, they didn't have any in stock but ASSURED me they had stock on the website, so I ordered it.... should ship within 24-48 hours, 6 days later it still hasn't shipped so I called to see what the issue was.... out of stock.... probably more corporate/website fault than theirs but still infuriating. I found one at another store 3 or 4 days after I ordered mine but didn't buy it because I assumed mine was on the way.... epic letdown."
