"Terrible customer service. I placed 2 orders. Three of the shirts on the first order were the wrong color and I have not received the shirts on the 2nd order at all, despite receiving the rest of the items from the 2nd order. After not receiving a response to an email inquiry after a day, I called and spoke to customer service rep who said they would get back to me about the 2 missing shirts and would refund my money if they were no longer in stock. I asked if it was possible to get different shirts at the same cost if they could not fill the other 2 shirts. He immediately got irritated with me and exclaimed that he would NOT be doing that and would refund my money and that is ALL. I told him that I didn't think that was very good customer service. After that comment, he proceeded to chew me out on the phone. I told him that it was nothing personal, but I felt they should honor what they sold me. He continued to chew me out and cop an attitude with me, even though I never responded back with harshness myself. His behavior was absolutely inappropriate and exhibited horrid customer service. I ended up hanging up on him because he was so belligerent toward me. I called the retail store, which apparently is not directly affiliated with the online store. They referred me to a man named Brad Baker who works for DyeHard Fan Supply. So, you can remove his 5-star review from this list when accurately calculating this group's review rating. Do NOT order from this company. After reviewing other reviews, I can tell this is a common occurrence and seems to not be isolated to the Christmas season, which is when I ordered. You can order something, but you better be happy with what they send you whenever they choose to send it and don’t you dare call or email and try to get what you actually ordered!"
"Please save yourself the frustration and do not order from this company. I placed an order on 12/4/2022 for a hoodie. I never received an order confirmation e-mail, nor a shipping confirmation. Sent an e-mail on 12/10 asking for confirmation. Dyehard support finally responded on 12/19 with an order number and tracking number. As of 12/20, the item has not been received by USPS nor have I received any responses to my subsequent message. I'll have to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back."
"Tried to order from them twice now. I was refunded the first time because they did not have the name plates to customize jersey, even though it was an option on the order. I waited a few weeks and ordered again. This time order went through. I was excited to get my customized jerseys,only to open the package and pull out noncustomized jerseys. Customer service sent shipping label to return and have them corrected. I checked on the correction order today and was told I would be refunded because of "system errors". Supposedly corporate told them TODAY (oddly enough it was the day I contacted them) they would not correct any customized jersey orders. Don't waste your money buying from this company. You won't get your items. I'd give them 0 stars if I could"
"I purchased an over $200 piece of college memorabilia from this company as a Christmas gift. After following up many times, since I never got a shipping notification, I waited 6 weeks for any real word on my order. At this point, it’s in the New Year - so forget this person receiving it their gift. Then, out of nowhere, I get told that the order was cancelled and I’d been refunded. Their reasoning was that they ran out of stock… even though I had purchased this in November 2021. They offered no kind of discount or meaningful apology for this incident. I’ll be contacting my school who uses this company as well to let them know they’ve got very unhappy alumni."
"Purchased items in the first week of December 2020 from the PRCA ProRodeo/Dyehard Fan Supply website, the items shipping label was created shortly after. After waiting several weeks I emailed the customer service department and was told the items will be shipped immediately. After several more emails after the initial contact they told me one of the items was out of stock and they could either refund me my money or send the item when it is back in stock, I told them I still wanted the items since they were a gift for a family member. As of today 02/16/2021 I finally found a phone number and called and the representative told me they went ahead and refunded my card and cancelled my order even after I told them I still wanted the items I ordered. WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. STAY FAR AWAY, they tell you one thing and do another."
