"I had extensive body damage to my F150. Town and Country did a great job of repair. They stayed in contact with me throughout the process, kept me updated on progress, and let me know when work was interrupted (insurance issues). I can’t say enough great things about the staff there. Even though Mike was my primary contact, I worked with a several different people at other times when he was out of office. I was treated like their very own client each and every time. Many kudos to all of you, and thank you for getting me back in my favorite truck of all time."
"A different car dealership damaged my car during service and this branch fixed the dent and paint damage to my car. They did a great job with the service and it was done within 2 weeks. Also, Shanon was great to communicate with!"
"I want to give the biggest shout out to town and country for the amazing job that they did! The wait was roughly close to about 2 months but good work isn’t rushed. I can talk all day about the good work that they did but the pictures speak for themselves. I am truly thankful. Thank you again!"
"Subpar. Needed front end repair and repaint. Paint and all is subpar. Kept my car for months and called to say ready. Paint chips. Missed spots. Bent and crooked upper grille insert install. Didn’t put the lower grille on. Left off stuff. I was expecting better from a factory dealer. I had Miracle Ford body shop repaint my hood before (same car) and the work at Town and Country doesn’t even come close to being as good. Looks horrible and unprofessional. Dissatisfied. Charged for things they didn’t install. Didn’t even put the factory emblem on. Was told “don’t worry we will find everything wrong and fix it because that’s what we get paid for” but that was far from true. Unfortunately, I have to send it back *out of my spare time* and be without the car, again, because their work is unprofessional and the manager doesn’t keep his word. Over 10k in work but doesn’t even come close to looking as good as it did pre-accident. I loathe the fact someone hit my car and the fact it wasn’t repair up to standard."
"A few weeks ago my wife took her car Ford Fusion through a car wash, & the automatic brushes cracked her driver side mirror. Once we go approved to get it fixed, we took it the Collision Center and it was a great experience. Glenn was my point of contact and from the beginning to end he & the staff was great. My wife had to bring the car back after the part was ordered and even she was talking about how great the service was. Thank you so much for making our experience a great one. If I have anymore body work I will come back if needed. Big thumbs up to Glenn and his crew, from the front door to the back. Thank you!!!!!!!"
