"Antony was a great guy to deal with. Update, ordered a truck cap form them from Leer. Cap came in quick just around four weeks. Cap quality was garbage. Nicks and scratches all over the black aluminum windows also paint did not match truck. Bottom edge were truck meets bed fiberglass wasn’t cut straight. Anthony said they are going to take care of everything and order new cap with correct paint. These guys seen an issue and are taking care of it. This was yesterday 1/31/24. Will give an update when new cap comes in."

"Worst experience in a long time. Bought a new truck and decided to get the rust proof under coating done when I purchased the vehicle through Ford. 10 days after purchasing the vehicle Ziebart called made an appoint to collect my vehicle and have it delivered sane day for Jan 18th. On the day of the appointment the called and said sorry they have no driver and if I want to work done i need to bring the vehicle in and wait. I did that. Waited about 3 hours and then drive home. Bottom line is they did not wait for coating to dry before they told me the job was done and the coating was still not cured. Result was that with the wet road conditions the undercoat got on the wheels and it sprayed both sides of the vehicle in a brown tar coating. Imagine this is a brand new 80000$ truck. I called and the sales guy made all sorts of excuses and told me to return the vehicle. I did so this morning at 8.15 it is now 14.30 and i am still waiting. Instead of jumping on the problem the sales guy tried to sell me a new bed liner treatment while i was complaining about the first job they botched up. I insisted the vehicle being pulled on the lift and to inspect it with them. During the inspection they agreed that the coating came off and had to be redone and that the stains on the side of the vehicle needed to be cleaned by some kind of process. Still waiting and this is such and unprofessional setup that i will not recommend to anybody. Stay clear. .I was told 2 hours ago it will be ready. No feedback. I had to ask another sales guy for the progress and was told the manager is at the bank and I need to wait."
