"Disgusting. Was there today 12/14 at 830am. Horrible service. No one was even behind the bar. Horrible. Hispanic gentleman could not even find a QR code he was making drinks and also doing the deliveries. Please smelled like sewage. Absolutely disgusting. JFK is the NEW LGA!"

"Terrible. One slice of ham on the Croque Monsieur, and it cost $22. Also not sure what the point of a gratuity is, when you order and pay for your meal though the app. The waitress just drops the food off for you."

"This place doesn't want to serve anyone as they only want you to order via the QR code. The bartender who worked on Oct 6, 2023 in the evening at least explained how things work at this bar. It felt so weird that they could have taken my order in 5 seconds, instead it took a few minutes to get one overpriced beer. Maybe they should put a few happy robots to do the work, I think I'll be happier."

"Nice and chilled out bar for a pre-flight beer or two. I just kind of sauntered in. Was greeted by a friendly lady (think I heard her colleague call her Maggie) who gave me a taster of a different beer she recommended as the one I'd initially wanted was off. Was a great recommendation so I had two large ones, although they were quite pricey at over $20 each! I love how they keep the glassware in the freezer. Didn't try the food but it looked ok."

"Staff and attitudes simply appalling. We attempted to stop here with our two children to have a soft drink and were told we would only be served if we ate food or consumed alcohol. We asked if there were vegan options to allow us to eat as a family and were told the vegetarian burger could not be guaranteed as vegan so really would only be sprouts. Deeming this less than ideal for a family meal ahead of a long haul Flight, we ordered soft drinks. We were then approached and told they would not serve us unless we perhaps had wine or beer. Explained we could not consume alcohol ahead of driving to which the staff member asked if we were driving the plane. Clearly they do not comprehend the responsible drinking messaging and time zone change meaning we would be driving shortly after drinking in a zero tolerance country. We would NEVER do this. I asked to see terms and conditions and was told I could see them when the staff were not busy - I can vouch that they most definitely were not busy. PLEASE AVOID. I would also suggest this business is shut down for promoting irresponsible alcohol consumption. The staff too are highly unprofessional and should never work in a consumer facing industry."
