"Although they have done and still doing a remodel, we had NO HOT WATER to take a shower! We informed the lady at the desk about it, she came to our room and simply told us to "let the water run for about an hour, there's plenty of hot water". 2 hours later still no hot water. We eneded up taking cold showers. Location was easy to get to tho and our room was clean."

"Convenient location off I-95 and excellent customer service! Ann who checked me in deserves recognition. She really cared and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. She was amazing! The rooms are decent and showers are nice and hot. Bed was very comfortable and heat worked nicely. They are currently in the process of renovating the property, but my room was great. I would definitely stay here again."

"Horrific. Rusted out fixtures, stained bed sheets and chairs. Cigarette burns on the bed, which had no actual comforter. Pillows were tiny and only 2 for a king bed. Broken hardware everywhere, smashed bug carcasses on the walls, busted A/C unit. Sketchiest hotel I've ever been in, I've had more comfortable experiences camping in a tent. If you need to crash somewhere, just sleep in your car. Or in the bushes across the street, it will be a nicer experience. We needed to shorten our stay due to weather conditions, staff refused to even partially refund any nights across a multiple room booking. The Mexican restaurant in the same parking lot is good at least. If you absolutely have to stay, I suggest going over and downing a few stiff drinks first."

"The room was disgusting. The smell was so bad. I got physically sick, vomiting and my husband had problems breathing. Rust on throughout the room. He went to the front desk for another room. Pulled up to the other room. There was a toilet outside and furniture sitting outside. Disgusting. We went back to the front desk and ask for our money back. Worst experience in less than 10 minutes at a hotel. Don't waste your time."

"The worst, but getting renovated. So where will the roaches go after the rooms have been totally made new. Will they put the rusted lamps back in the room. Will the molded lamp shades be replaced. How about the mold and mildew smell. Even the front desk agent said he would stay at either three hotels in the area. Who will eat the complimentary breakfast and they have bugs. Stay far away. I don't understand how businesses stay in business making a profit for someone that clearly doesn't gaf. Then you have people that will stay there for hours and days, but don't take the time to write a review. I gave it a 2 star because of the work being done, but thank God I found another place to stay the night."
