"First of all, it’s been years since I left a review for anywhere but this was so horrible and if i can spare another person my experience I will leave the review. A friend of mine booked a non-smoking room here for me. I get to the hotel around 6pm and as soon as I walk in the door the smell of smoke hits me in the face so I call down to the front desk asking if this was a non-smoking room and the lady says yes you have to smoke outside. I said no ma’am I dont smoke…I’m asking because the room smells like smoke and she says no it’s because someone’s smoking next door to you. Which I found very odd that even if they were it would could through the walls that strongly. But ok. I literally opened my room door to the outside for 30 minutes thinking maybe that would help air it out. Didn’t seem to help. Then my eyes started burning horribly which normally happens if I’m in a home or something with cigarette smoke for a while. I call back to the front desk and ask if there’s another non-smoking room because my eyes are burning now and she says no. Then beginning at around 8:30pm until around 1am the people next door to me sound as if they’re having a karaoke party blasting music and with a microphone they’re singing out of. I call down to the front desk to ask them to make these people turn the music off and a few min later it’s still playing so I call back and the lady says she called them and they didn’t answer so there’s nothing she can do. Also the heat/AC basically didn’t work at all. The thermostat is wayyy off so it thinks the room is far below the temp it actually is and when you set it it comes on for about 2 min and then turns back off then drops the thermostat even lower the next time. I ended up just leaving the room around 4am because I couldnt take it anymore. Showering was pointless because I smelled like smoke. And when I was about to leave I saw burn holes in the comforter but the room was supposedly “non-smoking”. As I was leaving I noticed some rooms had a little “non-smoking” sign by the door but mine didn’t have that. Anyway went to turn in the room key but the front desk was dark and doors locked. Never seen a hotel where someone isn’t available at any hour. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Would’ve given it zero stars if I could."

"The giant heater face was broke and went crashing as we were relaxing. Scared is putting it mildly. The hot water once on took over 5 minutes to heat up. The fridge froze our things overnight. The bed was tolerated and is the best I can say for it and don't sit in the chair. All the construction going on made it very loud, and the upstairs folks were having a party. I give it a two because we stayed."

"Very convenient location right off 95 and very well-lit outside at night. Husband and I stopped here because we were tired of driving on our way up north. This place served it's purpose of providing a clean place to rest and recharge for the rest of our drive. The complimentary minimal breakfast was good for waffles, cereal, and coffee. We could have done better for $100/night, but, again, it served it's purpose."

"Room was very nice & clean and smelled good. Front desk girl was sweet. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. Phone did not work but that was the only bad thing. I would definitely recommend & stay here again. I like that you can park in front of your room."

"Room wasn’t clean. I’ve stayed here twice as a Roadmaster drivers school student. Hair in the sink, lotion and shampoo bottles used and left in room. Paid extra $10 for breakfast which included stale coffee with 6 oz cups with no lids. The have opened bags of cereal in the closet for anything to crawl into them! Then on the cereal dispenser the handwritten sign says “no milk”. So why did you bother to put the cereal out??? They had food lion branded syrup, so why not just purchase milk as well? My pillow case was dirty, the owner looked at me funny for wanting a fresh pillow case? This was a pretty terrible experience overall!"
