Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mebane, an IHG Hotel

"I stopped in to get a room because I had a severe migraine. I informed the young lady who checked me in of this fact and she never once told me what the VERY HARD NOSE DAMAGE POLICY IS. Migraines are brutal and I had a bad one. I ended up getting sick and not making it to the bathroom and ended up throwing up on one side of the bed. I was charged $100 for "damaging" the room. So if you stay at the location please know that if you ladies happen to get your monthly in the middle of the night and there is blood on the bed you will be charged, if you have a nose bleed and there is blood in the room, you will be charged, if a young lady has her 1st time, they are going to get charged because it us considered "biohazard". I was floored to be charged for an act of nature. I will never go into a Holiday Inn anywhere again. I will sleep in my car before I do."

"Wonderful staff! Receptionist helped me improvise an ice pack for my back. Really comfortable mattresses."

"I had booked 3 rooms for 7/21/23 for one night at this IHG location; two booked with points and the third booked as it turns out as an Advanced Purchase Reservation. Because my card was the one on file it was charged. The party for whom the room was booked was to present their card upon check-on but somehow the charge remained on my card. Long story short...between Carmella (sp?) and Morgan, they got this taken care of for me and got the other card charged and mine credited. It's so rare when you receive exemplary customer service these days and people are more apt to complain than compliment it seems - so I wanted to let everyone what a GREAT staff is at this IHG location and to give a big shout out - KUDOS :)"

"One of the nicest HI Express hotels I've stayed in. Also want to give a shout out to, and I apologize for not getting this exactly right, Dorothy or Deborah the breakfast attendant. So sweet and accommodating. Great selection and VERY clean."
