"For years, I have been going to this location and have always received excellent customer service. However, after my expedience yesterday and today, I will never go to this location again. The manager Sean and T were playing games. I went there yesterday to purchase a tire as my driver rear tire had a nail in it. My car is a 2022 with 15k miles. They checked all my tires and said the tire with the nail could not be repaired. And, the other three tires needed to be replaced. I said no problem. T quoted me $720 for the back two tires. He said, I’ll order the tires. Come back tomorrow at 11am. In the meantime, I called the tire company and complained about the poor quality of tires. They said - for my inconvenience they would prorate the tires. I was told to go back to this location, provide them with the reference number. The manager Sean called. Had me wait TWO HOURS to say to me, I have worked out the very best discount for you. I said ok. How much for all FOUR TIRES? He said, $1,440. I said that’s the exact amount that T told me yesterday. I was livid. He wasted TWO HOURS of my time. As I was leaving, T says - no one in the state of GA has your tires. I looked at him. Then said, well what tires were you selling me? Now, I’ve learned that the tires they were going to put on my car are not my original tires. Unbelievable. Needless to say, I didn’t purchase the tires. Totally disappointed."

"I had such a good experience with the staff at this location. Latoya called me before my appointment and ask me what was all going on with my car, told me about the specials for this month and gave me a idea of how much I could possibly pay that was a plus for me. I arrived early and spoke with Tashik he was very nice and informative and did a full inspection and gave me a great deal. It’s very rare coming across people that actually want to help people save and have a passion for what they do. I definitely will be back ❤️"

"The service manager, Cynthia Roberts, is a very wonderful person for Firestone. I was leaving Charleston, South Carolina after an internship and had a flat tire. It was a Sunday so most tire shops were closed. I called this location and they luckily had a few in stock. I was about 30 minutes away when I checked if they had my tire size in stock. Rain was pouring when I arrived with my parents in the car. Cynthia was so nice to lend me an umbrella. I was able to walk my much older parents to the store without them getting wet. Cynthia was able to get my vehicle fixed within an hour. We were able to make the rest of our drive home following after. God bless her, she's a kind lady and a real vibe. The automotive tech, Cesar, was great with his work on changing the tire and placing the spare where it needed to go."

"We took our car in for tires and left with a dent on the HOOD. My husband noticed it the next morning as we came straight home from the tire place and parked in garage. Only answer we got was “we didn’t do it and we don’t have cameras.” It would probably be a simple fix if they would have owned up to it. We had no dents anywhere on our car at ALL and spent 1200$ at that location. We wouldn’t call to try to get a dent fixed that was already there. Very unprofessional."
