"We’ve been in the market for a new bed for YEARS and today decided to finally just go look at our options, and ended up at Metro Mattress in Olean. We’ve been to a few other places prior but never felt all that comfortable with the customer service and decided not to purchase. This afternoon we met Brad, the AM at Metro Mattress, and he was absolutely fantastic! He was SO helpful, knowledgeable, honest & happy to answer all of our questions.
