"Lady at the counter was more involved in her phone call than customer, room key didn't work,than put us in a handy cap room,finally the 3rd room was fine,next day went to Walmart. Got back and again the key didn't work,so had to go to the desk to fix it ,she had no idea there was a problem the night before, I don't think we will be back to that days inn"

"Editing to clarify 2 star rating on room. The first room given the exterior lock was not secure. A good tug on door and it popped open. Traveling alone I expect the doors to work. The clerk moved me to another room. Door rattled in frame. I felt that a good shove would pop the door. I worried all night about my safety."

"The room wasn't too bad however I had two little grasshoppers keeping me company. The king-size bed was moderately comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and i appreciated that fact. The AC sucked....I had it set at 67 and never got cold, and the unit didn't blow the air very hard. Had it on the high blower setting. Peep hole was missing, so I had to stuff a cleanex tissue through the hole. The coat rack was held to the wall with only 2 screws. The room could've had a table and chairs or even a love seat but no dice. The parking lot was littered with discarded cigarette butts, so outside smelled like an ash tray. Trash underneath the stairwells. While I didn't see roaches inside the room, they were scurrying around outside of the rooms. Thankfully, I only stayed 2 days, and I won't be back at this particular hotel."

"Booked a room for my mother and father here only for them to be mistreated by the staff talked to very rudely and given a room that was not fit for anyone or human being to stay. Very disappointed my dad is a Veteran and was treated horribly as well as my mom. The room was completely a disaster curtains torn toilet loose dirty floors and smelled very badly. The rooms looks like a scene from the walking dead rooms needs to be upgraded towel holders rusty and broken."

"I was truly disappointed in the room. It was cold (not temp) and uninviting. Bugs and long strands of hair in various places. Even though the floor towel/soap was on the tub indicating it was clean, the hair on the floor told me otherwise. For a few dollars less, I went elsewhere and was able to get a much better place. Please do better."
