"1 month ago I pre-ordered The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Today May 12th I went in to pick up my pre-order and pre-order bonus just to find out that I don't get the pre-order bonus I was told I was going to get when I picked up the game. I was told that it was on a first come first serve basis and they where all handed out during the midnight launch last night and they where all out. This is totally unfair one of the only reasons I ever pre-order anything with gamestop is because of the pre-order bonus this should have been handed out in the order the reserves where made. What about people who have a job and can't be there at midnight because they gotta work in the morning??? What about people like me who live to far to go to a midnight launch??? Instead of giving me some sort of compensation I was just told sorry and they through Nintendo under the bus and said they're notorious for not sending out enough items. I made the time to go to the store to pre-order this game specifically for the pre-order bonus and I'm entitled to that bonus because that's what the agreement was. I'll be pre-ordering at Wal-Mart from now on. They're closer to me and got better pre-order bonuses anyways. Thanks for NOT holding up your end of the deal GameStop."
