"Been on the planet for (63) years and never experienced any place like this. Took (3) wks to get an appointment and when I did they kept my vehicle for over a week. Had the gaskets for the oil pan, intake and valve covers replaced plus rear shocks ($620). Afterwards, I took it back (3) times because the check engine light kept coming on and had a very rough idle causing the car to shut off. They replaced the EGR valve (3) times (additional $150). Still have the rough idle/shut off problem and an oil leak coming from the intake. Also missing a bolt on one of the valve covers and found a loose bolt laying at the bottom of the engine frame - no idea where that goes. Called Wes 6-12-17 about the leak and he said he would need to check his schedule then get back with me, never heard from him."
