"The new store is very clean, great layout and a one stop shop. They always have the best meat and they have amazing butchers, they do take special requests. The sell beer. And something newer they now do whole and half roasted chickens, Hot and ready just to grab and pick up and take home. They are doing away with their reward stamp program. Every Tuesday senior citizens receive a discount."

"I like the size of Save-a-Lot, cuz it's not overwhelmingly huge. They have a great selection and fantastic meats. And you don't have to go down a kazillion isles to find something!"

"Hands down the best meat available ! Prices on meat are more than reasonable. I will go out of my way, making an extra stop just to get meat here!! The butcher will custom cut meat for you. They also have some other items I can't find at Walmart. It pays to shop local sometimes. Just watch the ads, and you can also save by collecting stamps (includes hardware store next door too) This store and the cleanliness are so much better than they used to be!!"

"Those stamps were a lovely way of keeping the customers coming but prices are getting so high spending 500 just to get ten bucks of is crazy should at least get a 20$ off sering 20$ is only goning ti go so far these days save alot always had good prices the best produce around snd meat but i haven't got great meat lately n produced it's always bruised and the Guatamala banannas arent the best"

"Don't believe all that you hear about Walmart being cheaper. We all need to do our homework and look for the best deals. I like buying the meat on sale at Save-A-Lot and then can it. Stew, meat alone, chili. This is my favorite food store ever. I also like the redeemable stamps here and with Pro Hardware next door. Mr. Hedlund, kudos to you and your staff !!!"
