"The drive-thru people don't know how to take orders. You tell them you want a $5 dinner box and add onion and rice to the chalupa and they're completely lost asking me three times through the intercom what I wanted. The food when we got home was not made as we had requested and paid for. The hard shell taco turned into a soft shell taco by the time I got home and I live in Albion. Don't go to this Taco Bell The workers there don't know what they're doing. Brockport is where it's at"
"Very disappointed and most likely will NEVER get taco bell from Albion ever again! Ordered the Chicken Rolled Taco box for my wife, first of all there was no box, everything was thrown in the bag, there was no Chicken Rolled Tacos in the bag, came with a 5 layer beefy burrito and a chalupa! Here are the pictures of what those 2 items looked like! Looked like someone got super high on their break and just didnt give af! I rather drive the extra 25 minutes to Batavia or Brockport for Taco bell than ordering fron Albion again!"
"Since people only review places when their order sucks, I gotta give this place some love. I usually only get the Doritos tacos which are always good and hot. Takes a lot of self control to not come here more often but when I do, it always tastes great."
"I realize the Albion store has only been open for 2 days and has been very busy since opening but I went this evening to grab dinner for my family and the quality of the food sucked. Tacos and burritos hardly had any filling in them and crunch wrap wasn't crunchy at all almost like something was missing but it looked like everything was there. I'll try again in a few weeks after the newness of the place wears off and staff can make the food properly without being rushed. I don't know about others but I didn't mind the wait considering how busy it was."
