"Hi my name is Dane, and one of my dogs is Josie! I went into Metro Mattress to look at different bed brands and I was greeted by Carey DeCoste. Carey sold me a great bed lift that was on clearance. Carey did a great job. Things did not go well with delivery, and the lift went back to Syracuse. Here's where things turned around. Carey and Zoe took care of me, organized a better deal than what I originally had, and set me up with a bed lift that was out of the box and not one that was on clearance (floor model). The delivery crew that came out with the new lift was definitely "white glove" and they did a great job of set up. I was prepared to take my business to a local furniture store, but because of the time and consideration and hard work on the part of Zoe and Carey, I stayed with Metro Mattress of Rome.
