"My daughter and I drove all the way to BBW after calling and getting their automated service that clearly stated they close at 7pm. We got there at 6:35 and were greeted at the front of the store by an employee telling me they were closed. When I told them what their automated system said she argued with me and stated that they close at 6:30 to get the last few shoppers checked out so they can close on time. Such poor customer service for BBW! I will not shop at that store ever again."
