"It was my first time coming to this facility. My best friend told me this place was great when she came a few years ago. Well… I came @ 11am and they’re were two ladies already getting services and Betty still wasn’t finished with them. She started on me @11:42am putting color in my hair. (It was burning) She left it in for an hour, I kept trying to get her and her assistance attention being courteous and they clearly ignored me and was talking in their language. So of course they probably said something not nice. I paid $95 for my services in cash, when I asked for a receipt she said we only take cash app. So I put it in my phone for my notes that I paid so it wouldn’t be a problem. Than Betty says my hair was too dry and she was going to charge me extra for a deep conditioning, she says well I will give it to you free. Now the two ladies that was there before me still being serviced. She had another client come in and she helped her with no problem got her in and out. She washed my hair and had me sitting back there until 2pm. Than after she was done with the first two ladies and the lady that came after me, she decided to finish my hair. She kept burning my scalp and never said sorry and pulling my hair. I kept it cordial even though I was upset and my feelings were hurt. Before I came I read how wonderful they were and decided to come get pretty. After she was done she didn’t say thank you for letting me do your hair, she didn’t tease my curls so it can stand out, all she said was your done. No have a nice day or please come again. Well… I’m not coming back to spend my money at their facility anymore. Betty was really nasty towards me. So this place get one star from me, I will take my business somewhere else. She was done with my hair @ 4:30. It doesn’t take all day to do all of this."
