"Summary: ZERO stars if I could! I'm traveling so I had my doctor (a black woman) call-in 2 prescriptions (she does send it in online); No worries so I call to confirm they received it. No? Okay I'll have my doctor call it in. She calls and now she's being asked to FAX in the request. The office faxes in the request; Doctor's office lets me know it's been faxed so I call the next day to check. No fax received; I'm not in their system at all. Now I'm being told that they don't accept faxes and it needed to be an online script only. No customer service; No accountability for incorrect information given; No apologies. Oh and they aren't open weekends. 0 of 0 stars"

"Going to this Walgreens is like going to that dysfunctional friends house when you were a kid, where the family is always fighting in front of you... You can always expect to hear a good staff arguement or snarky comment to one another. Mom & Dad (manager) seem to be the head of the drama. Fighting and tattling on one another seems to be encouraged. Two stars-because I'll return for the entertainment and vitamins."
