"I was shorted a week of pills. It was my first time being prescribed this medication so I didn’t know any better until the second prescription was in a bigger bottle. Both bottles said 60 pills, but 60 pills didn’t fit in the first bottle. I found it odd that nobody would take the time to investigate who filled the prescription that day or take the time to look at the bottles. I was told that I should’ve counted my pills, that their inventory was correct and it was great “that my insurance company could fill them early.” Sure you’re inventory would be correct after someone pocketed a week’s worth of my medication. Switching pharmacies after feeling I can’t trust this one. Not a good way to handle pain pills in all aspects of a business."

"I called in 3 prescriptions for my husband , refills, girl said the one needed be called by doctor for refill again. Assure me by end of day they contact my doctor to get them all refilled. So told I be in next day, when I went as usual they were not busy, but they make wait like there is ten customers stand in line and there no one . then tell the one wasn't filled , that never got call back from my doctor which I knew couldn't be true. they waste my time . I went home missing one of the prescriptions and called my doctor and said never got called about prescription. My doctor office said not to depend the Rite aid cause they don't bother. next time call them my self. so now I got to go back tomorrow and see if its done . they waste my time and my gas. Rite aid in Ransomville just doesn't have it. I don't have this problem with other Rite aids."
