"Donation attendant took one look at our our chest of drawers and said they wouldn’t take it because it was “too old.” It was in great usable shape. More like they won’t take it because he’s too lazy to help me unload it. Kinda shocked for a charitable organization they can be so picky."

"Incredible customer service, miriam was extremely helpful, the new person training (young, black, dreadlocks, had their hair tied up) was extremely kind, patient and eager to help. The manager assisted me with my purchases, things were slightly expensive but i shopped on sale; they had good options however as with any thrift store they have little control over what they receive. The store was incredibly organized and even color coded in sections. overall great store, i will be returning, they do sell furniture for anyone curious"

"The whole store is organized, the fitting rooms are spacious and usually clean, the prices are definitely reasonable most of the time, and there's an older woman cashier who's always too nice and sweet. You can find some good cheap clothing and items here if you are willing to search for a while and utilize the colored tags that are on sale that week. Some of the clothes on the racks have bad stains or large holes, but overall, I think this is a great thrift store! Just a month ago, I found some French plates I've been looking for going on a few years now. I found a huge set someone donated, and I was able to complete my set of bowls and plates."

"The place was well organized and clean. The staff is doing a great job at keeping it tidy! The racks are organized and easy to see what is on them (they are not crammed). It’s definitely one of the cleaner/more organized thrift stores in the Syracuse area. I appreciate it. I found a bunch of nice brand name jeans for a great price."

"Good clothing selection and dish ware. They didn’t have much art which is what I was looking for. They had a ton of Zara stuff from last year somehow. It was new with tags. There were a decent amount of name brand items, too. There weren’t many men’s hoodies or jackets, probably because they’re so popular. I would go again for clothes!"
