"I am writing this review to emphasize the importance of thoroughly considering your mattress purchase. Take the time to ensure it meets your expectations before making the final decision. Despite what I believed initially, after spending thousands of dollars, I find myself despising the mattress and struggling with back pain, preventing me from getting a good night's sleep. After a week, we contacted the seller with the sincere desire to return the mattress and revert to our old one. I particularly appreciate the adjustable base and wish to retain it, but unfortunately, we are stuck with the unsatisfactory mattress. While there is an option to trade it for a pricier alternative, I found none to my liking. I am reluctant to play a risky game with my back, potentially ending up with a higher payment for a mattress I do not desire. I am yearning for a more straightforward return process. Ideally, the ability to return a mattress after the first night, even with a nominal fee, would be a fairer policy. The current situation feels unjust, as I am reluctant to spend the next two years paying for an unused mattress that causes discomfort. A more customer-friendly return policy would greatly improve this experience. Possibly shopping somewhere with a better return policy than here would be best."
