"This is a “must go” for SLU families. The Hoot has been an institution within an institution for decades and hasn’t really changed. Definitely recommend for a college dive bar in the little town of Canton."
"Nothing on tap. And cracks a beer open BEFORE telling me it's cash only. Ok, no problem. Where's your ATM? They don't have one... its 2023. Get a credit card machine."
"Drinks are kind of pricey but whay you would expect at any bar. The bartenders are nice and serve you quickly. There's free popcorn which is amazing. Good place and comfortable environment, but very much for college kids. There's a few locals that come in, but it's swarming with college kids Thursday and Saturday nights."
