"I just need to say that I am at the type of person that never writes a review. I have to write a review on this company. The customer service was phenomenal. We dropped off an Nintendo switch. It had memory card issues. So there is a gentleman named Kyle that diagnose the problem very quickly, and still gave the rest of the machine a thorough check just to make sure there was nothing else. I feel like a company like this could really have ripped me Off!! But Kyle was super honest and very respectful."

"Do NOT come here. I brought my phone in because of broken glass screen. They charged me $330 and the back glass did not even have the apply logo on the back. Later in the week, the back glass, which did not have the apple logo, broke! I went to a nearby competitor and charged me only $150! This competitor also had the apply logo on the back!! They took my money and they also made me go to a different location because the workers did not feel confident in taking care of the broken glass screen. Between an expensive price, and not confident in their fixing, I would not recommend this place."
