We weren't greeted nor acknowledged, and we stood there for a few minutes waiting for someone to help us, but no one ever came. So we left. Also, it's not like they had any other customers at the moment."

"CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!! Went into the store, no one spoke nor even asked if I needed assistance. Three employees were near the cash register listening to another employee tell a story. The young lady stationed at the front of the store just stood there and continued to look at people passing by. I finally decided to walk out. Upon my leaving the young lady standing at the front had the nerve to tell me to have a nice day! Found the sneaker cheaper some place else."

"I purchased a pair of retro 11 Jordan's in men and decided that I didn't want them, so I went back to the store and tried to exchange them for a different shoe. They didn't have any other ones that I liked, so I asked for a refund which the receipt said was allowed, and they denied me because that shoe was a limited edition. I called their headquarters and left plenty of messages and never got a call back. Their online representatives are rude also."
