"The only thing that I didn’t like was the parking for the Inn. I have a handicap tag because of a heart condition and most nights when we returned to the facility all the handicapped spots were full. So we ended up having to park across the street. Part of my condition involves not walking very far and not climbing stairs. So parking across the street is not an identical situation. Great service and excellent location to everything. Just the parking issue is all I can say anything negative about. For that reason I probably would have to stay somewhere else. But I do love the excellent service and the location here. Would definitely recommend if you don’t have issues walking across the street to park."
"Nice enough hotel. The location is great for everything you need to do around Pigeon Forge. Clean rooms, soft pillows , walk in shower and a nice breakfast buffet. We are huge Jimmy Buffett fans so this hotel has the atmosphere that we love. I just have to wonder if it is actually worth the price that they charge. Basically twice the price of a Hampton inn or Holiday inn. We got a room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. But, even the regular double room was pricey."
"We stayed here when we went to Pigeon Forge for vacation. We went in December so it wasn't the best time of year for this island themed hotel. The rooms were decent (clean with 2 beds) but other than that the rooms were rather noisy. We could hear a lot of traffic noise. The room we stayed in had a balcony but it was too cold outside to use. There is a pool but again, too cold outside to use. The breakfast was good in the morning. The best part is that it's right off the main strip and walking distance to the Island. That alone made the place very enjoyable to stay at."
"The toilet ran all night. In our room, #207, we could hear the elevator going up and down. Also, the ad states that there's an outdoor fire pit. We were looking forward to sitting by because it was 20 degrees outside. When we located the pit, there was no gas hooked up to it. Other than that, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good. Given that this hotel is on the higher end, we expected better."
"From the moment we walked through the front door we knew it would be a great stay. The lobby was very clean and smelled SO good with their own personal scent. Check in was easy and staff was kind. Our room was spacious and very clean. We had a nice view of The Island and quite enjoyed our time there. The parking lot is located DIRECTLY across from the building if there is nothing open in the parking lot surrounding the building. Overall it was a great stay and we will certainly be back."
