"This beauty supply has a decent selection, but what I experienced when purchasing wigs was unfair and suspicious. They have a store policy where wigs are final sale, so before purchasing my wigs I asked the male owner if I could take them out of the package to make sure they didn't have any defects. He said he does not allow that and what I see on the mannequins is what I get. So, my purchase is final but I'm not allowed to make sure I'm getting a quality product before I pay? That can't be legal. Additionally, after I paid for my wigs, making them my property, the man cut off the tags to my wigs and threw them away without asking or explaining why he was doing it. I've been a customer at this store for years, but after the behavior I experienced this time, it's the last. I strongly encourage anyone experiencing the same issue to report the incident."

"Got a great simple wig from here for vacation. Lasted with some products. Owner was helpful did see nice lace fronts on wall will return if in the area. Had a great selection of braiding hair and products."

"DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, save your money!!! I purchased 2 bundles of their most expensive hair extensions and they shed like crazy! The got wet and turned into straw! I tried saving them and even called them & the guy claims he’s never heard of this problem... probably people are scared to come forward. The lady sold me these and I now have to take them out and get all new hair! Waste of money, time, and HORRIBLE customer service"

"They have a very large wig selection...but..I was only allowed to try on 3, & there wasn't a place to actually sit down. I really was interested in buying one but just not allowed to try enough to make decision. Lots of other hair products and prices good. Owners friendly but need to be a little more flexible."
