While getting waxed isn't an experience most would call fun, I can genuinely say that I look forward to every appointment simply because of Katelyn's positive, sunny attitude. If she's ever had a bad day, you would never know. We spend the entire appointment talking, laughing, and it's over before I know it. If you're looking for an immaculate wax from and incredibly friendly and genuine person, Katelyn is your girl. 20/10, cannot recommend enough!"

"I’ve been contemplating leaving this review or not, but then came into contact with another female who had issues with Katelyn and that felt like confirmation to me. I was looking for a new place to go to, when a friend shared she had a bad experience with Katelyn as well. I was very impressed with her technique and time management. I was not impressed with her Ego, and pride. She missed spots both appointments I had with her, and while my legs are wide open, and feeling extremely vulnerable, I’d like to feel safe enough to bring to her attention that she didn’t do her job as well as she said she would both entire wax appointments. I didn’t feel comfortable going to her with concerns about places she missed and a service I’m paying for because of her aggressive attitude and defense when she didn’t perform the best. I’m in the service industry as well and have been for 8 years. I won’t be going back. I have a heavy clientele in this area, and I overly recommend places I believe will give great services. This just wasn’t the place or person for me, and I won’t be recommending it."
