"I live out of state called and asked open availability for my wedding. Kaitie said to come in Saturday she would do a trial run at no charge. Took my card info and said that it would ONLY be charged the day of the wedding either once services completed or if I was a no call no show. I go in she does A HORRIBLE JOB. I told her how unsatisfied I was and asked about other options. My makeup the eye shadow isn’t in the same place and my hair is horrible. I would have cried if I had to go like this.. I talked to her a couple times and was assured no charge for the trial run on Saturday…well that was a lie. She said had to pay half now and half later I argued not what said and paid she intentionally gave herself no tip charged me after lying. I asked to speak with her manager no response. I’ll call BBB and AG and let it be know that False info is given by Kaitie to get clients and she does a horrible job uneven makeup horrible hair"
"Dee Davis is the best hair stylist I have ever had! I have been going to her for two years now and have never been disappointed! My hair was a disaster the first time we met and she nailed the color correction on the first try!! She also did an amazing job styling my hair for my wedding! Not only is she a great stylist, she is an overall wonderful person. If you want to leave a salon looking fresh- she’s got you!"
"I’ve gone to Dee to get my hair bleached which has been fine, however don’t go to her for a haircut. She didn’t listen to me for the style or length I wanted for my hair, and not only that but didn’t even bother to cut my hair evenly. My haircut felt extremely rushed and like she was just trying to get through my hair to get to her next client (I was 4 minutes late to my appointment, no reason to rush that badly through my hair). I’ve included the photos I showed her of how I wanted my hair, and what she gave me (first two are what I wanted, 3rd is mine). Nothing like what I showed her."
