"Look this place is trying to improve, I have been in much worse and paid more. People who give bad reviews should realize that for the price it’s pretty damn good. They should be given a break if they refuse to rent rooms to people viewed as undesirable they would have legal problems. Work together stay in this place and don’t damage it"

"Just one question, why in the heck is this run down motel still open?. This like something you see in a movie. First thing I spot when I walk in roaches crawling. Curtains broke, holes in the wall, smoking burn spots in the sheets. No telephone. Roaches literally crawling out the bed. Feins hanging outside the door with loud music. And you can't even call to complain, because they have no working number of course."

"Not too pleased with the upkeep of the hotel. BUT they do provide a low cost option for people who cannot afford the cost of a security deposit, first months rent, application fee, utility deposits and moving cost. There are people there who have no other options. I salute that."

"If I could give no stars I would. If you don't mind sharing everything with the roaches. They're pretty persistent about getting to know them. There's a lot of them laying around dead and a bunch smashed on the walls. This place is absolutely filthy it looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum in years. If they would have gave us a refund I would have definitely gone somewhere else. Never again will I stay here."
