"Very careless with $$$ If i could give a 0 I would I intend to file a complaint to the BBB. 1.Started this account when i changed Jobs and had 401k going after 1 yr tried to set up a brokerage account called 5 different times 2.Account set up was locked out the account for 1 week 3.finally got it unlocked set up with VPN after 3 hours 37 mins. 4.1 month later lock out again. I wonder if they are waiting till I die to steal my money also too many work from home people with access to a pc working with your hard earned money"

"If you deposit a check using the mobile app expect a long wait. I thought it would be more efficient to move my cechecking and saving to cash management accounts so that everything is in the same place. I deposited a check on in 4/22/22 and am now being told that the funds will not be available until May 2. This is causing me a lot of problems. A customer service supervisor suggested we call the issuing bank together to confirm that it’s a good check. So we did. The rep from the issuing bank confirm not only that the check was good but that it cleared on their end on 4/26/22. The CS supervisor at Fidelity then told me it will still be 5/2/22 before the funds will be available and they can’t clear the check any sooner. Frustrating to say the least!"
