"The ATM needs to give you a choice of bills to withdraw. It gave me a larger bill. No one takes those big bills anymore for fear of fraud. Then when I went into the bank. It is a cashless bank so they had no way of changing the larger bill to smaller bills. An employee went above and beyond to help me. But overall it was not a great experience."

"It took 8 minutes, verification of a half dozen security questions, and a misogynistic claim that my wife was not the account holder of her vehicle that we had previously paid off with the credit union, and demand that I had to be on the phone as well, for their rep to tell us that the email from the credit union stating our "account has been locked for our protection" was an ERROR. 8 minutes Dear Credit Union - stop defaulting to putting a male name first on a joint account and the 'woman of the house' could get a lot more accomplished in an efficient manner when dealing with YOUR errors."
