"Overall poor experience. The general manager is extremely rude. Zero customer service. Rooms are old, moldy, musty, and outdated. Cleaning staff is friendly. Breakfast is cheap and frozen. Even if you can stay here for free, don't."
"Room is horrible. The floor in our room was always damp and it smelled so bad. It smells like mildew or mold. We booked for 5 days and literally left after night two. We couldn’t take it , me and my 5months old daughter started getting sick. We decided to just stay in our home with no household goods, and just went to buy an air mattress. The only good thing about this place is the staff is super nice."
"Nice staff, but no maintenance or updates seem to ever get done. Stayed here a couple times and it is on a sad downward trajectory. AC is louder each time and that damp smell in the rooms makes you wonder what’s growing in there."
"The room was really clean. The beds are older and sag on the edge a little. The pillows were comfortable. The shower had good pressure. I was thinking I was in the wrong place when I pulled up because the landscaping was really over grown. Once you'rer insid, it's a whole different world. Check out the continental breakfast; they have some great waffles."
"Rooms are horrible. The floor was so damp and stinky and the room smelt like mold. Me and my family left very quickly in concerns of our health. Breathing in mold is no joke. Also it is kind of pricy for military. Was 160$ a night for us because of our puppy. Which is understanding but this hotel is more like a motel. And get this… there are cats roaming the lobby. This is very unprofessional for a place you are sleeping and eating in. Why do i see cats as soon as I walk into the hotel to check in? Lady at the front desk was nice. But I hope those cats aren’t hers. Don’t stay here please. Could be moldy. Especially if you have kids this could be dangerous for them to breath in."
