"I came to get two packs of kids expression hair. Time of arrival was 6:50pm the open sign was on and so was the lights. I got my 2 kids out my truck, rushed up to the door and the employee locked the door in OUR face and said we close at 7. I checked the time it was 6:52. I explained all I needed was two packs of hair and still she had no care in the world! Customer service SUCKS! Your hours of operation should be just that. I counted 3 customers you missed to locking up early … myself and two others pulling in as I was leaving. Now I’d rather spend my money elsewhere anyway."

"Went there for the first time today and it was like a well kept secret. They have so many things to choose from. Wig glue, lashes, wigs, frontals, bundles, hair dye etc. You name it they have it I mean they have edge booster and bold hold active glue. Stuff I normally would drive to Fayetteville to get, I was able to find local. The customer service is great. The woman who helped me find a wig was so sweet and patient with me and made sure I was happy. They don’t follow you around the store and make you uncomfortable or anything. 10/10 will be coming back."
