"This Dollar Tree is THE BEST DOLLAR TREE in the area BY FAR. They always have everything in stock, the shelves are always full, the store is always clean and the staff is amazing. The cashiers are friendly and the managers are always nice and greet you with a smile. The female manager has fantastic customer service skills and is always eager to make your shopping experience a good one. Five stars isn't enough. Great job Colonie Dollar Tree!"

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SVC 2DAY. Sign on door said out of bags. Ok. Drove back home and got one of my precious few plastic bags. I placed few items wanted to purchase and pay for in bag and on conveyer belt. Clerk didnt advise will have to take items out of bag becuz brought my own. Nor where there any signs advising of such. I just witnessed a white man with 2 kids have his purchase packed for him him in his bag yet me as an African American female not only gets followed through out the store but now clerk does want to touch my purchases despite my having mask on because of the covid resurgence. So when clerk wouldnt bag my $8 dollar purchase i asked then why did you do for white man with no mask and 2 little grade school kids? Then i said if customers dont come to this store and spend $ ur out of a job and a paycheck. Little white clerk came out of nowhere and said and i quote "we dont need your money" the biracial and or light skinned cashier reiterated what the white clerk said. I said oh really ok. Lets see how that works out for you. I bagged my own purchase and left the store while hearing a sarcastic have a nice day. Yes i am rendering a horrible review of this dollar tree store in colonie ny that i live no more than a 10 min drive from. Until management gets their obnoxiously rude clerks in line to treat all customers equally I AM BOYCOTTING THIS DOLLAR STORE LOCATION. I hope those of you who are NOT jerks will join me."

"This particular Dollar Tree location was just what I needed today. Everyone was so friendly - from the moment I walked in the door! Shoppers were all in a good mood. There's not many staff - there probably should be more, it's so busy, - but they are so friendly! Even 2 weeks before Christmas there was a reasonable amount of stock, although there needed to be more of some things. Checking out on a busy Saturday went fairly quickly. Most interestingly I think I got the Bargain of the Century on more than a dozen items - paying only a dollar for things that are clearly worth much more!"
