"If I could give them zero stars I would . I’m not even a member and went to open a account then was told I could pre-qualify for a loan. But the loan officer was so condescending and rude she pulled my credit without my permission or consent resulting in a hard inquiry. Avoid this bank at all costs. Then the manager called and basically said “oh well there’s nothing we can do about” while over talking me and saying pre-approval means a hard inquiry."
