"Not a big fan of five star reviews (everyone on the planet seems to have forgotten that THREE is average, and anything more has to be exceptional). But these guys are definitely way above average. I have noticed they spend as long as they need to with newbies and they treat everyone respectfully, regardless of knowledge or skin color. Did business with them back in the day and they were always very professional. Bought a pistol there recently and it was an all around great experience, just like it was back in the day. They were fast and courteous and i got a call asap when the paperwork cleared, which other shops seem to forget. I recently called about a Mossy 590A1 and the girl on the phone said they don't have one in stock but she'd ask the gun guys to check on ordering one and they'd call me. I figured "fat chance" but sure enough ... two hours later got a call and the price was better than anyone else, even on in stock guns. ACE has become my first call when looking for a specific weapon. These guys really are excellent."

"I remember going to Ace many years ago. Everybody was professional and kind. I forgot I had been there until I needed a gun part and ended up back there the other day. They had what I needed and nothing had changed as far as prices, selection and service. I ended up buying another gun, something cheap for fun and to protect my business. The price was unbeatable. I have nothing but good things to say about everyone there and the entire experience in general. The owner has definitely created a good environment for his customers and employees. I'm not a naturally comfortable person in public places. I was happy to be inside that store. Thanks guys."

"I wish I could give them 10 stars! I used to be a regular customer of Jim's. But recently I came across this gun shop. I can say that this is one of the few stores that make me feel most comfortable. The staffs inside the shop are very knowledgeable, always provide the best service and are patient with their customers. I bought a 1911 yesterday and found it to have a small flaw, then I went to the shop today and they were willing to help me change another gun within 1 second without any problems. If you are looking for a used gun, I highly recommend this shop, they have a wide range of Glock models and others at extremely reasonable prices! Thanks for today, you guys are great!
