"I had given this location a good review 9 months ago (below) but lately every time I am in there (usually once a week) there is a female employee CONSTANTLY talking poorly about other employees to whomever is working with her. You can hear her across the store. Very clean and nicely laid out. The employees are very nice. But I have found they are randomly not open during normal hours."
"This location has always been semi decent but today while I was on the phone with my fiancé he ran in a few minutes before close and he said “I’ll only be one minute I know exactly what I need,” and at 8:58 he asked an employee for help finding antibiotic cream and explained that’s all he needed and he couldn’t find it and a female employee at the front started yelling “LETS GO LETS GO LETS GO” at my fiance and the female employee helping my fiance said “I don’t know, you have to leave we’ll get in trouble if anyone is in here past 9” I’ve worked for dollar tree somewhat recently and I know for a fact that isn’t true and I was also trained to not rush customers that were in the store past closing. We could lock the door at close but we couldn’t force customers who were already in-out. Just talk over the speaker and explain it’s now closing time and to please grab any last minute items and come to the front to check out. It’s absolutely nuts how my partner was treated. I heard everything and was absolutely shocked. I understand wanting to get out on time but no where you work is it okay to rush customers out and tell them you’ll get in trouble if they’re there a minute past closing. Especially when they’re actively trying to hurry and grab what they need and get out."
"Nice and clean! Lots of room but the quality of goods has went way down. Bought a plastic container, and it was literally bending with 4 things in it."
"They will leave you standing at the register, items on the belt and tell you they will be right back. The register light is on and you wait. Another staff member opens a register and you watch everyone flock to that one while you watch your cashier blow up balloons. When you have the audacity to ask what is going on they give you a dead pan look. It took me repeating the question three times before he was sent back to ring me out and close his register. He expected me to wait there, watch everyone else come and go or take all of my items off the belt, back into the cart and go get in another line and wait some more while he blows up balloons. I am absolutely gob smacked how not a single person in that store gets it. Common courtesy came to this dollar tree location to die apparently."
"The store itself is usually stocked up pretty well. You have to check the expiration date on the food. I bought some expired items before there. The employees are miserable, except for 2 of them. One older man can't hear anything and a smaller woman than myself, is very rude. She acts like the customer is bothering her because we want to check out and makes a person feel very uncomfortable. If I could avoid her, I would. She never greets a person in a friendly manner and never smiles. Why do you hire such miserable people? If you work in customer service, understand what that means. I've worked in that field before and I would never treat customers the way that they do there. I do not shop there much anymore, just because of the people who work there. Where are the two friendly employees?"
