"One hour call wait times to speak with a banker. Website feedback buttons don't work. Obviously not concerned with their customers experiences. I do like how the everyday checking account comes with an automatic savings account though."
"Came into the bank around 9:15 today. First they wanted to sign me up to wait in line for a banker but the software was not working. But I did then get a banker pretty quickly. So I needed to make a large wire transfer for a home closing tomorrow. So Bennett and I put everything in. He said it should appear before 2 pm. Well at 4 I luckily called to see why it had not appeared in the lawyers account. The person I talked to put me on hold and came back a few minutes later saying okay it should appear soon. I said you mean it had not left the branch? He said it was a fail safe process that these had to be approved. But then you have another process that it would have been approved before 5pm. So the bank would be closed and I would not know what happened. My son by the way made his transfer an hour or more after mine and it appeared at the lawyers account an hour later. And you charge $40 for this “service”? I think Bennett did his job. Someone above him is not checking their pending transactions. Very poor customer service. We have at least 20 business and personal accounts with you. Tell me why I should stay with Wells Fargo."
"Mr. Eric & Mr. Thomas were wonderful people at helping my brother & I out with our paperwork we needed to get done yesterday. This is why I gave Wells Fargo Bank 5 stars. I hope that Mr. Thomas & Mr. Eric get paid their money's worth & the some for a JOB WELL DONE!"
"Poor customer service. I waited over 10 minutes for someone to help me with notarizing a document. No one came to help. A bank worker finally came into the bank, said hi, and went in to her office and did not come back out until I left the bank without being helped. Once I was outside, she came out of her office to help the last person in line. Never had such poor service from Wells Fargo. I am strongly considering moving my account elsewhere."
"Wells Fargo gave me the worst banking experiences ever, although for years I have tried to give them chances again and again thinking those unpleasant experiences just happened on one clerk with a bad mode at that time, but I gradually realize it is actually a culture. This branch is worst branch among this area. As now I even have a headache to enter this place. Examples: 1. They messed up my checks after deposit by debiting out more than 5000 without an explanation, it took me almost half years, calling the head quarters, went to the branch for a few times, finally to get the check list that have been deposited. 2. Every time you go no matter of what, the staff or the manager, especially manager Louis, tried their best to kick the ball back to you. I was called by a great Charlotte Branch banker after five yesterday that I need to come to a branch for a couple of fake checks against my account. I came at 9:30 this morning, one lady talked with me and asked me to come back in the afternoon, I said it is urgent, then she transferred me to Manager "Louis", he spent with me for a few moments and told me to come back at 3:30pm, I refused by the nature of this emergency, finally he did put a block on my account and called the fraudulent department, it total only take him around ten minutes to finish those. I had experience with him before, knowing he always not want to do anything, does not want to help. 3. The bank structure is clumsy and bureaucratic, I never got a time that your issue would be solved with a phone call. you might need to prepared to tell your case to multiple persons in multiple days again and again. 4. they are not lawful, I had the bad experience of PPP loan last year, they denied your application without telling you where is wrong, no one care to give your an explanation, I called Wells Fargo more than twenty times about this. Finally I called the SBB of the government, they said the bank has no jurisdiction of denying the loan. But it was too late."
