"They have great customer service when it comes to make a purchase. But when you come to make a return they have a whole story to not process the return. They told me system was not working to do a return and that I could return in a different store. I work in retail and if system is down to do a return system is down to do purchases. Yet they are able to do sales but not returns this makes no sense. Definitely will never go back after this return"
"Customer service at this spot is 100 they greet you at the door and even tho I asked for like 5 shoes cause my son’s foot is bionic lol the sales person cliff I think he’s name is was patient and courteous definitely shopping there again"
"Extremely rude staff, one of the young black male workers was the only helpful and respectful ones, the other worker were being rude rushing me out of the store after I had already had my items at the cashier waiting to pay. Another worker was also being disrespectful after the door was locked, and I had tried to open it so I could exit the store, a worker proceeded to state “if you know it’s locked why you still trying to open it” clearly I was trying to unlock it, instead of being rude why not come and open the door for me so I can leave? To put it simply don’t come here, and I never will either."
"This Jimmy jazz was horrible. The one girls (Lillian)were ignoring everyone while they gossiped near the register. I had to go look for them for help they don’t look at me. I said I have a problem my shoes she said we can do anything"
"This is the store is the go to for the latest foot wear. They have great options and very stylish. They sell women and men's clothing. The workers are extremely helpful and courteous. Good prices and you can usually find a stylish sneaker on sale!"
