"I don't agree with the customer service reviews posted here. I am from out of state and the owner has helped me with so many outfits. I and my family have tried on and looked at numerous clothing. She definitely know her business. She insisted I try on something that I turned my nose up at, only to realize I looked amazing in it and there were no alterations needed. She has helped me with alterations when needed, working to make sure I had everything before I left NY. Thanks"

"This is one of the very very few places on Liberty Ave you can go to and they help you find what works for your body type. The seamstress alters to make your outfit feel as though it was customized just for you. She just looks at you and she knows the exact size you wear."

"This was the most horrible place I have ever been to! They do not even deserve one star! We went in there to try on TWO kurta tops and after deciding to check out a few other places, we told the owner we would be back before they closed. She then proceeded to give us a disgusting attitude because we didn’t want to buy it right then and there. She was saying that this isn’t a joke and that she did SO much work to look for TWO tops. We said thank you as a courtesy and she said we aren’t welcome! How do you expect to run a business and give your customers attitude? This is the worst place you could spend your money! Do not waste your time. The owner is nasty!"

If there was a negative option for stars I would of chosen it, Do not buy from these people, absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I tried on 2 tops and couldn’t decide on it so I figured I’d check some more options around the area. I said thank you to HER (the owner) and I said I’d be back before they close, she then told me I am not welcomed and she asked if I thought this was a joke!? She tried To force me into buying an ugly top that I did not want. As I was leaving she continued to bad mouth me as I left the store WORST EXPERIENCE DISGUSTING PEOPLE, you own a store do your job to satisfy your customers you miserable lady. I walked across the street and ended up buying a much nicer top save your money and time and just stay away from this place."

"Unfortunately I can’t give ZERO stars. Worse customer service ever. Went in there to look at some kurta tops and after looking at ONLY two, we decided to check other places. Once we said we’ll look around, the lady was very rude telling us we’re not welcome and how she had to do a lot of work to find the tops and that it’s not a joke. Mind you, we only looked at TWO tops. So happy we didn’t end up buying the top we actually liked. I never knew people could get so upset for having to do their job. They don’t and will never deserve our money!"
