"@Burlington Attn: To CEO, please be inform that it’s being nice to see Burlington at our neighborhood Astoria, we have been there for shopping few times, but today at around 4:25pm with my family while I was entering to store through elevator as I have kids in the trolley with my wife. While we entering through security gate as some people was going out, suddenly the security on the gate after walked inside he was yelling with me saying don’t come from this door next time. Not even saying nice word or greeting. When I told him what was the wrong then he was over loud and said what I said follow that next time. However, tomorrow my son 2 years birthday we went there to see some toys, but after finding this behavior during entering I felt mistakenly I was in precent. I informed this to the site concerned and came out and went to TJ max. I am not really going any more to this place or my family and friends we’re the people are not welcome."

"This location is a MESS & needs strong management & more staff to keep the place organized. This place was a disaster today. Everything was thrown all over the floor & all mixed up. I understand this is a new location but they must hire people to keep it under control & a manager to be on top of organization. I saw some nice things but I left bc I felt like I was shopping in a dumpster. Clean up Burlington"

"Would be a 5 star location but cell phone reception is horrible. Can not shop peacefully without worry of missing a buisness call or family. This needs to improve a.s.a.p or they will lose customers to competitors without wifi issues."

"As they just opened I should not be too hard on this burlington location, but I just find the place really disorganized. All the shelves are messy and it makes it really difficult to find something here. Very hard to get through the aisles with carts and strollers. Could be a nice store if it is worked on."
