The main reason for my dissatisfaction was the appalling attitude of one of the staff members, whom I can only describe as an Indian man with long hair. This individual seemed to believe that he owned the entire country and treated customers with zero respect or common courtesy. One of the major issues I encountered was their lack of attention to detail. I would strongly advise anyone considering shopping at Portabella to thoroughly check their items before they are put into the bag. I made the mistake of assuming everything was correct, only to discover later that the item I received was completely different from what I had chosen. It was a clear case of negligence and lack of professionalism. Another frustrating aspect of my experience was the absence of a proper receipt and return/exchange policy. When I asked for a receipt, I was informed that their system was down and that there was no way for me to obtain one. This seemed highly suspicious and only added to my growing frustration. It is essential for any reputable store to offer proper documentation and flexibility to customers. Overall, my trip to FINO-Portabella on Jamaica Ave was a bitter experience. "Went and purchase a suite earlier today and by the time I left the store I told them I’ll like To cancel it. They were unable to do so because of a machine problem and they can’t do a store credit either. I didn’t even pick the suit up at yet , they still had it. While I was waiting for them to fix the machine one of the rep started being rude saying he has to go home and what not. Leaving out the fact that it’s their machine that’s broken. I had a terrible experience the first time I went and decided to give them a second try but Horrible Service and would not Recommend."

"I came to this store looking for A suit for my son.My son is 13 tall slim build.i wasn't sure i would find a suit that would complement His body type.But I was greeted w a friendly,helpful staff member that reassured Me they would find the perfect fit.We found A tasteful tux that fit him perfect.we had it Altered on the spot mayb 20-30 mins max.The next day my son went to Prom Looking dapper! I was so happy w these results I recommend anyone to visit this store."
