"Small park. Short track. Small manmade lake. Small playground. A couple of gazebos to picnic under. Wouldn't travel out of my way to visit again. But would be an okay place if it's within a couple miles of home. Little shade as well."

"Every summer for most of my life I grew up at Granite Lake. Now as a resident of Granite Quarry, I still enjoy the park. And for those of you that don't know there is a walking trail that goes all the way back behind F&M Bank"

"Granite Park is a great place to go if you want a quick walk around the lake, or you can hike the nature trail, which is decently maintained and is not strenuous at all. It’s also a great place for dogs and I take my dog to walk there often. It has a nice shelter and a playground for the kids. Overall great place to get away for a bit."
