"I’ll be honest. They can never get the salted caramel cold brew right. One day it is good then next few it is bitter and horrible. Rather they use a machine go mix this drink than a barista. Extremely inconsistent."
"This was my first time in New York and this coffee shop kept drawing my attention! I casually walked in just to view the aesthetics and atmosphere but I was greeted with much more than I expected! This review is long overdue but I want to specifically thank Gloria, Vonte, and Brittany for making the experience memorable! I came into town back in May to visit some of my work in Times Square and this is one of my highlights from the trip! The coffee and chocolate croissant was amazing but their customer service is what really fueled me! They were so friendly and informative about the business! I HIGHLY recommend that you also visit this location for the great food and superb baristas! "I ordered a take-out medium Salted Caramel Cold Brew and in the picture you can see the mess I received. I'm not sure if they care about training their staff but I wonder if the one barista who made this coffee and handed it to me finds it ok for customers to spill their drink over. She handed me a cup spilling all over. I had to use napkins to clean the mess myself. This whole situation was really annoying and inconvenient. I would rate them 2 stars instead of 3 stars but honestly their coffee is not bad. Not going back though, unless their bad customer service improves!"
"Server was miserable and sad, not the usual American joy I expect. The NewYorker I ordered was burnt and tasted of burn! Got a vegan scramble in replacement which was better. Also had the spicey avo which was good. The morning boost smoothie was great. The supervisor / manager appears to be doing their best with a sad team. I wouldn't recommend Gregorys to tourists / visitors for breakfast."
