"Can't stand this store. Parking is awful. There's a part of the floor inside that must have been water damaged at some point that needs repair. The handheld scanning devices are usually in need of charge. There aren't enough of them for the amount of traffic in that store. Either no one has put them back to charge, or they are all back and charging. I have cognitive disabilities and when I don't have those devices, I have a hard time shopping. And no, I can't use the scanner via the app because the wifi doesn't work there very often. Other than all of that, the staff is nice and the store is clean."

"I personally come here all the time. Most of the time they have some of the stuff i’m looking for. Yesterday they lost ALL MY RESPECT. As i’m walking up to the store , The lady you see in the pink is the “manager “ An elderly lady who doesnt speak any english only spanish , is trying to put her bottles in the bottle machine. I dont know if she wasnt doing it properly but whatever it was she wasnt quite understanding. The “manager” in the pink jumps in front of the machine & starts cursing the lady out. The elderly lady is just staring at her she doesnt know whats going on. She was screaming in this poor ladys face , pushing her & everything. She asks the other guy you see standing to her left aggressively to translate. This is very unprofessional. As a manager you should help people not bash them. This is the second incident she has been disrespectful. This old lady is someone’s mom , someone’s grandma man. She probably would’ve flipped out if someone did that her family. This is so unprofessional & sick , honestly it makes this store look so bad , if this women ever ! approaches anybody wrong you guys should tell her off. I hope she sees this too."

"I love this store do you have to search for deals but you can find them. The people in New Deli. Are great. They are very accommodating if they can be. The security guard by the front register at night time is a little annoying. He’s a big guy older he sits on his phone texting or playing a game and then he looks up and frowns at people. Just a zero customer service. But overall I recommend this store"
